The most likely person to be caught up in this type of behavioral system is the one who says 'I won't get caught. It will never happen to me. I am too intelligent for that sort of thing.'"

 

Personality Survey to test how easy a mark you would be for an unscrupulous cult leader.

1. Do people think you are smart?

2 Once in a while do you like to take a chance?

3. Are you interested in exploring new ideas and are curious about the world around you?

4. Do friends and coworkers consider you to be a leader?

5. Do you take part in a variety of activities?

6. Do you cooperate well in groups?

7. When you look at the world around you, do you sometime worry about the future?

8. Do you want to make the world a better place?

9. Once in a while do you have doubts about your worth as a person?

10. Do you feel good being with people you like and especially good when they let you know how much they like you?

 

Did you answer "no" to at most of these questions? If you did, you can relax.

If you answered" yes" to at least three of these questions, though, you may be more vulnerable to joining a cult than you would like to think you are.
