The Ultimate Cartoon Cliché?

A desert island. You'd think by now every desert island joke out there would have been done, but no. I sell at least one desert island cartoon a month, so a desert island is near the top of my list of locations.

List of locations? Yeah, in addition to lists of buzz words and clichés, I make lists of locations, lists of professions, lists of diseases, lists of predicaments, lists of emotions, lists of props, lists of situations, lists of lists, etc.

Music Cartoon 5820
One of my most popular desert island cartoons ideas happened I was trying to come up with an idea about a desert island, a musician, and the phrase, "What luck." Voile.
Math Cartoon 5924
Tweaking that cartoon by changing props and characters I was able to sell it to a chemistry journal.
Medical Cartoon 7381
More tweaking and I sold it to a medical journal.
Winde Cartoon 5368
I was able to come up with another batch of cartoons by flipping the idea, making it "What BAD luck" Another of my better selling desert island cartoons first sold to a wine magazine.
Dairy Cartoon 6930
Once again by tweaking characters and changing the props I was able to sell it to to an an agriculture magazine, and many many others.

God, I love this job!
